At the 2012 annual membership meeting, Ray and Ann Vincent from the Chatsworth Historical Society presented a wonderful slideshow about the history of Twin Lakes. The photos below are just a sampling of the many included in their presentation.
Twin Lakes was originally envisioned as a vacation community and subdivided in the 1920s. We are part of unincorporated Chatsworth in Los Angeles County.
Click on the link below for the Chatsworth Historical Society. The CHS was founded in 1963 and its mission is to preserve and mark historic sites in Chatsworth, and to house a collection of photographs and artifacts that represent the history of Chatsworth.
